Oakland, MD The First NB Ch. # (E)5623 PMG 25 Solid 3s $10 1882 DB Fr. 545 SN 3333/T452391 pp F/104 Nov. 5, 1900. Nice color, even wear, and comes from a rather scarce bank that was the second of two large size issuers in this Garrett County location. This 1882 Date Back has nice color, even wear with signatures of R.E. Sliger, Cashier and F.A. Thayer, President in black ink are noted.
