Owner's Description
The face of Thirty dollar Continental bills issued between 1775 and 1777 feature and image of A wreath on a tomb with the Latin motto, "SI RECTE FACIES", which translates to English as, "If you act righteously
you will be honored after death". On the back is an image of the sun shining on sailing ships in a calm sea with the Latin motto, "CESSANTE
VENTO CONQUIESCEMUS", which translates to English as, "When the storm dies down we will rest". This bill was signed by Nathan Sellers and George Gray Jr.
