V51000211A Fr. 1602 $1 1928B Silver Certificate. PMG Gem New 66EPQ.Fr. 1602 V A Block 1928B Silver Certificate. This scarce block is only represented by a few examples. Prominent embossing on bright white surfaces makes this note a must have for the advanced small size collector.
More than 674 million 1928B Silver Certificates were printed and the official low serial number was V51000001A, making this the 211th note in the run.
