Owner's Description

This deuce received a Gem Uncirculated-65 EPQ. The note should be a error note, the first zero in the S/N is drop down a (gas pump) number. The S/N is G00002620* this note is a Chicago note, I have two more of these notes with higher S/N all from Chicago, the higher the number the lower the zero.
