Fostoria, OH The First NB Ch. # 2831 PMG 15 $5 1902 PB Fr. 598 SN 11217 pp G/1554 July 19, 1902. About a dozen Large size reported on this better Seneca County bank. Overstamp of President with Vice Prest. Signatures faded but legible. Cashier is R.S. Powley. The President would have been long serving Andrew Emerine except the VP signed and that signature is illegible.
