FRONT: Peasant with scythe next to Tryzub (trident) in cartouche, in the peasant's hat are two sprigs of wheat. Surrounding the cartouche are four stylized oak leaves. At the top is printed "Ukrainian People's Republic". At the bottom, is displayed the denomination.

BACK: A double, straight line, border. Within the border a Tryzub displayed at the top, below the Tryzub is printed "Walks on par with the ringing coin.".

NOTES: Printed in Kyiv. Pick lists no varieties but an imperforated variety is known and would be presumed to be # 8b once confirmed. Printed on white cardboard, without gum, and perforations added at the end of the printing process.

Stamps of the same designed were issued on gummed white paper, without perforations, and no back design.

Specimens were printed and released on a uniface cardboard sheet, all front designs were display along with a single back design of the double boarder.
