Owner Comments
While this 67EPQ is the highest graded P#25s by PMG, it is not the highest graded by me ;-) I also own the note 8038437-001, graded a point lower at 66EPQ, but which I think is easily superior to this note, albeit without the extra selvage. I hope to eventually make up a Custom Set to display all my notes (including proofs, varieties, etc) but for now this one is the more 'valuable' note for the Competitive Sets thing so here you have it.

Owner Comments
This note is the second printing (printed 1920) with a single 'specimen' overprint. I also have an example of the first printing (printed 1918) with two 'specimen' overprints (see: 2085508-003/65) but the PMG Census (and the 'competitive sets') are based on the now outdated Krause/Pick catalogue entries which has only a single entry combining both the 1918-dated issues. I *think* the 1920 printing is much rarer than the 1918 but since PMG doesn't break the types down in the Census it is not possible for a collector to know how many of each printing PMG has certified.

5-digit serial number. Both 5-digit and 6-digit Specimens exist and both are in this set but only 1 note is allowed to be displayed. Note that the issued one of this note (#40) that I have in this set has a 7-digit serial number so others (7-digit Specimen, 5/6 digit issued) may also exist.
