Beautiful note that is from WWII France. Excellent condition at a great price. Are these notes sleepers? Picking up French notes that are wonderful artistically and also the famous French people, of which there are many, being the subject of notes. I believe the beautiful paste colors on French notes from the 40's to 80's will eventually have good value.

I continue to build a French collection in hopes that one day these notes that are relatively cheap in comparison to U.S. note will eventually jump in value. Find nice notes, buy the best grade you can afford and wait for the day they are worth a lot more than purchase price!

Another gorgeous war time French 1000 Francs bank note graded at 64 with some pin holes. This note was picked up for less than $100. One has to believe that these notes will inflate in value as the world starts to clue in on bank note collecting and realize the country of France printed some wonderful, colorful pastel notes that always contain some fantastic part of France's history or art.
