Warren, PA The Warren NB Ch. # 4879. Fr. 603 $5 1902 PB PMG 35EPQ. SN 71662/Y70273H pp H/1214. A nice example of the Napier-Thompson signature combination. When this bank extended its charter for another 20 years in 1913, its notes received this coveted signature combination. Only 132 charter numbers received notes from Napier-Thompson plates. Signatures of cashier R.W. Mackay and president F.E. Hertzel.
