Series 7
?This series was printed by private printing companies that had printing quality as well as government printing. The printing was closely monitored by personnel of Bank of Thailand. As they were printed in haste and with limited supplies of paper and ink, the notes were thus of barely satisfactory quality. There were 4 denominations: 1, 5, 10, and 50 Baht. They had been issued in 1945.

Series 8
At the end of the Greater East Asia War in August 1945, Thai government had tried to contact Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited. As the company had been damaged during the War, it was unable to accept these orders. The Thai government thus turned to the U.S. government for assistance which was very helpful. The U.S. government had assigned the Bureau of Engraving and Printing prepare the printing plates and the Tudor Press company do the actual printing of the 8th series for Thai government.
The front portrayed King Rama VIII at young age as main element and the Phra Pathom Chedi as minor element in every denomination. On the back of all denominations was the constitution placed on a pedestal tray. There were 5 denominations:
1, 5, 10, 20, and 100 Baht. They were printed by Tudor Press Inc. and issued in 1946 during the reign of King Rama IX. They had been ordered in the period of the King Rama VIII but had been shifted to Thailand when the King Rama IX had already ascended to the throne.

Series 9
The characteristics of this series were similar to those of the 4th series printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited and the Royal Thai Survey Department, except the portrait which was King Rama IX. There were 6 denominations: 50 satang, 1, 5, 10, 20, and 100 Baht. Each denomination had many types. They had been issued in 1948. As the 9th series had been circulated for over 20 years, people were quite familiar with the colors of each type and denomination, making them difficult to change. Therefore, it can be assumed that the colors of the 9th Series are the standard for current Thai banknotes.

Series 10
100-Baht banknotes, 9th Series, issued for 20 years, intaglio printed only in red, were heavily counterfeited. Accordingly the government decided to issue a new 100 Baht denomination by printing the portrait of the King Rama IX on the front and the Suphannahongse Royal Barge on the back with multi-colored and intaglio printing. There was only 100 Baht denomination as printed by Thomas De La Rue and first issued in 1968.
