This VF30 French note has a partial ascending serial number 773456. The note showcases Queen Mary on the front left side in an oval portrait wearing the elegant crown jewels. On the front right is the first seal of the Bank of Canada with the quintessential Canadian symbol of the maple leaf. On the reverse is a wonderful vignette paying homage to Canada's transportation networks. There's a winged helmeted Mercury standing in front of a world globe. Surrounding the figure are ships, trains, and an airplane. This note has a mintage of approximately 5,000,000 in French and harder to collect.

Prince of Wales and future King Edward VIII who abdicated for love in dress military uniform. This lucky note in my collection ends in 77. I truly believe this note is well undergraded. Corners and edges are strong. Folds are barely perceptable. A great note. The reverse of this note features the Canadian Rockies behind an alleghorical male of progress commanding over an industrial landscape that pays homage to Canada's contribution to hydro electric power.

Princess Elizabeth , the future Queen Elizabeth II of Canada and the Commonwealth realm. This vignette of the Princess also graces a Canadian stamp and is the first appearance of QEII on any banknote.

This VF Francais note is a commemorative banknote for the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary dressed in full royal regalia. The reverse of this note does not feature alleghorical tributes to Canada's progress like the rest of the series. Rather it highlights Windsor Castle in England. It is appropriate for this commemorative banknote because George V created the House of Windsor title for his royal family when he made his family relinquish their German and foreign titles.
