Home to Stanford University, Palo Alto saw this bank chartered in 1928 but it waited until 1932 to issue its first notes. The note has printed signatures of C. E. Jordan and Charles Judson Crary. The census lists seven Type 1 $10's. I lived here for several years. Poverty in paradise.
