Thank you PMG for adding world notes registry sets! This is my one and only note from Djibouti. I must admit it was sort of an impulse buy. I liked the design of the note and I bought it. It actually cost more to get it graded than the cost of the note itself. The note design appears to have the French influence, as it is colorful and artistic. One neat thing about the note is the micro border, as noted on the holder, which is made up of the country and bank name in tiny letters that make the border of the note. Can't see it without a loop, but under a loop, it is very readable.
