Price is $90 in SWPMC. Any otehrs out there?
Have done a study of major auction companies in US and whereas the occasional Specimen of this type crops up - an issued exemplar: Never.
Just to make the story interesting: This example waas purchased in Pasar Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia.
