Richmond, VA N State B Ch. # (S)8666 Replacement 4x$10 note PMG 20 $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 615 SN 8452/A599495 pp C/6 dtd. Apr. 18, 1907. This is one of two Replacements known on sheets of 4x$10s, the other is the SN 2 uncut sheet for Saratoga, WY, also an Fr. 615, from the Bebee Collection housed at the ANA. First title used by this large only and short lived Richmond bank. Minor Restoration noted. It is evenly circulated with bright colors and bold, black penned signatures of Wm. M. Hill, Cashier and Jno. S. Ellet, President.
