Owner's Description

The representative note is an example of the latest round of inflation suffered by Venezuela. It is a 20000 Bolivar Soberano (P110b) which was issued in 2019 as all of the other denominations of this currency had lost all of their value. On the front is a portrait of Simon Bolivar who was a key figure in securing the independence of Venezuela, and a number of other countries, from the Spanish. The back depicts his tomb, the ‘Mausoleum of the Liberator’ and the National Pantheon in Caracas, the Coat of arms of Venezuela is on the left.
