Wooster was established in 1808 by John Bever, William Henry, and Joseph Larwill and named after David Wooster, a general in the American Revolutionary War. The municipality is located in northeastern Ohio and serves as the county seat of Wayne County and dairy capital of the State. The community boasts an excellent school system, a vibrant downtown, three colleges (including The College of Wooster), and a world-class community-owned hospital. Dark stamped signatures of W.
