The French Pacific Territories comprise the islands of French Polynesia, New Caledonia and New Hebrides. Similar designs were used for other French influenced islands such as Tahiti.
French notes, whether from France or French Territories, tend to be very artistic and colorful.
These notes are very beautiful, and temp you to want to visit the islands for a vacation.
They are not rare, not old, and not very expensive, at least for the lower denominations, and that's part of what makes them fun to collect. This is my first world note competitive collection.
