Set Description
Modern US Mint Error denomination set

(modern US Mint Errors come in all denominations. Additionally, Mint Errors struck more than once are often referred to by the denominations they are made up of. For instance, a Cent struck over a previously struck Dime is known as an "11 cent" piece. The denominations are simply added together to come up with the "new denomination".)

However, a Cent struck 35% Off Center over a struck Dime is a true rarity.
View Coin $0.15 a United States 5C (2000) P OVERSTRUCK ON 2000-P 10C DOUBLE DENOMINATION NGC MINT ERROR MS 67 One of two "15 cent" pieces in this set. Although I endeavor to include only one of each "denomination", I have made an exception in this instance. Discovered together in a US Mint sewn bag of Nickels, the two are inseparable. They do everything together. Who am I to argue?

View Coin $1.00 United States $1 2000 P STRUCK ON 25C PLANCHET (5.7 g) NGC MINT ERROR MS 67 Originally graded PCGS MS67, this Wrong Planchet Error (coin struck on a planchet intended for a different coin series) was submitted to NCS for conservation (unattractive toning) and crossed over to NGC MS67.
