U.S. SESQUICENTENNIAL EXPOSITION 1926 PHILADELPHIA, PA.

To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this medal displays a bust of Washington on the obverse with Liberty riding a flying Pegasus and holding a torch on the reverse. Designed by Albin Polasek and struck in the U.S. Mint Exhibit at the Exposition.
