Mexico City Mint Error

20 pesos which was double struck, 2nd strike is off center. NGC gave this coin a DETAILS designation due to OBV DAMAGE, most likely due to some marks on the reverse, not obverse as noted on the label. No visible issues can be seen on the obverse. The reverse also shows signs of slight edge filing at K-7.
