Brilliant Gem Uncirculated+ — Square Shaped
*Rarely seen in such pristine condition, a phenomenally rare issue of which just 1 example is known to exist in brilliant gem+ condition. Extremely deep golden luster envelopes the entirety of the token, enhancing its brassy, rich golden appearance. Proof-like fields allow the piece to stand-out and reflect light remarkably well. - A strong overall strike; precise detail is seen on the legends/devices.*

“Delta is located very close to what was termed ‘the Outlaw Trail’. Two generations, father and son, of the McCarthy‘s, an outlaw bunch sometimes pairing up with Butch Cassidy, met their end in Delta in September 1893 while robbing the bank.
