TOKEN APPEARANCE/CONDITION:
Uncirculated+
*Lustrous early-date example of this scare, larger 35mm merchant token. Original, rich golden luster shines through around the devices/lettering, exhibiting an exceptionally appealing strike. A slight die-rotation can easily be observed, only adding to the value of this piece.*

TOKEN BACKGROUND:
Token used at “Jim Bundys Festival Restaurant” in Denver, CO for 50C in trade circa early 20th century. The establishment was located at 2095 South Broadway as noted on the obverse.
—————
There are only two issues/denominations listed for Jim Bundys Festival Restaurant; 25C & 50C. Interestingly, both are 35mm, despite being different denominations which is rarely seen, and each as a respective survival rate of just ~2. I would like to eventually acquire the 25C issue to complete the small series; however, with so few known, I feel lucky to even own one of the two issues.
—————
The numbers “744-0059” appear on the obverse of both the 25 and 50C issues. Uncertain what they reappear, as they do not appear to be part of the date. Suggestions welcomed!
