Issued to commemorate the '4th Annual Spring Convention' for the Colorado-Wyoming Numismatic Association. The association was founded in 1952.

Colorado-Wyoming Numismatic Association was officially incorporated in 1952. The Colorado Department of State (CDOP) records indicate the the non-profit was voluntarily dissolved on September 19, 2018.
