This coin was given to me by my maternal Grandmother on my 13th birthday in October 1959.. Unfortunately she polished it with Comet Kitchen Powder before presenting it to me. I didn't have the heart to tell her that the cleaning destroyed its numismatic value. I will always cherish this coin. and will eventually pass it down to my grandchildren.
