#004 has a possible super mild finger indent spot along the top edge, and possibly the lower spine corner with the white tick/TINY bit of dent to it made it 9.6 to them, but come on, I have 9.8s with bigger and more obvious defects. $50 plus shipping in the US.

The only reason it's 9.4 and not 9.8 is for 'moderate tanning interior cover', which isn't moderate by any stretch, it's light tanning at worst. Pages are white as new though. CGC claims these cardstock covers are prone to tanning under certain storage conditions, even if no sunlight hits them. Hence the price is higher than a 'real' 9.4. $70 plus US shipping.

Insert from 1994 Pro Action mag #1. All new story, out of continuity/regular Marvel Universe. Was not 'bagged' with the mag like the label says, it was stapled inside the mag.
