Owner Comments:

This is the second design of two different medals known as Chicago Dollars. It is made of aluminum. The surfaces are blast white and have outstanding luster. It looks much nicer in hand than my photos depict. The NGC pop in MS-64 is 10 with 7 higher, all at MS-65. The overall rarity is R4 (201-500 known).
