Lyman Allen #12.02 (KM #182) - Mintage: 3,000,000

Typical weak strike for a Manila Mint Commonwealth issue. The sea lion on the reverse is totally missing, the scroll is unreadable, and the date is softly struck on the reverse. The obverse is a bit better, but the vertical center-line of the coin is very weak. There is no hair or facial detail, and the fingers and toes on the figure's left side are completely missing. The peripheral lettering is however quite strong.

Surprisingly, NGC has used this coin as their Coin Explorer plate coin.
