Lyman Allen #6.04 (KM #180a) - Mintage: 21,198,000

This is a very common date, but it is very well struck with a full banner, which can be very unusual. The exceptional strike with a full banner was the main reason I had it graded, unfortunately the obverse contained too many distracting marks for the coin to receive a grade above MS63.
