Owner's Description
Who Doomed the Flash. This one is a tough book, probably because of the black cover, as there are no 9.8s or 9.6s in the census. I can remember when there was only one 9.4 as well, but now that population has ballooned to four. We acquired our book from a friend and fellow collector back in 2019. I believe it was the first 9.4 to hit the census, although it now has a new cert number.
