Way way back in the late 70s is when I bought my first original EC comic, it was a copy of Weird Fantasy 16(4) from a a store called Bond Street books off of Hollywood Boulevard, I think I paid like $20 for it and it had a spine roll. I remember trying to remove the spine roll by putting the book in a magazine and then setting a bunch of wood and bricks on top of it for a couple days. It didn't take the spine roll out, lol.
Well that copy is long been gone from my collection but I now have this nice copy to remember and honor my very first EC comic book by.
