Owner's Description

A 9.8 OW Copy.
Now one of 4 copies, had to get in 9.8, and only 5 in 9.6. I don't think I have seen a WP copy at any high grade since 2011. The 4th copy at 9.8, took 7 more years to add to the census.
Old info...
One of three at 9.8, this one is a well structured OW copy. Oh well, the WP got away for about $500 bucks in late 2011. Never seen the 3rd one for sale. No SS copies and only 3 at 9.6. Hard to get square edged covers!!!
