Yeah so umm, honestly never read it and by it I mean the regular covered issue. I picked this one up on a whim when I saw it was cover price in a Hastings near my home in Texas. Just happened to laying out un bagged un boarded so I said what the heck i can afford an extra 4 bucks besides it looks really clean and could come in at a 9.8.
So I'm going through what to submit and happen to see this one in the pile of sketch covers and shrugged my shoulders and threw it in with the rest of the Marvel sketch cover variants.
So out it went and 4 months later its marked shipped and was part of my 15 Set of sketch covers that went out with all retaining the 9.8 status. I guess in the end it was worth the 4 bucks huh. Just goes to show you that you can pick up something decent from anywhere.
