1974 CGC 9.4 (census 611/3097), signed by Roy Thomas at Phoenix Fan Fusion (formerly Phoenix Comic Con) 2019; picked up this nice-looking raw copy from my local comic shop for $200 and submitted to CGC myself…couldn’t be happier with the results (same grade unsigned sold on eBay 10/31/2019 for $595, and on 4/17/2022 for $1651). Origin and 1st appearance of Iron Fist (Danny Rand); 1st appearance of Harold Meachum; “Death” of Danny’s parents (Wendell and Heather Rand). 1485 points.
Grader Notes: Very light spine stress lines, breaks color. Very light wear all corners.
