Set Description:
~ "I'M NOT DEAD- The Monty of Pythons say enjoy the cameos of days past, who knows what the "Darkseid" will bring! Brought to you by the legendary Neal Adams too!?! His work and art will live on to stand the test of time, and to live another day indeed! Holy hand grenade Batman!?! "Tim" the bridge keeper, for Python's Holy Grail, would have this signature series in his collection. "It is a Grail!?!?" "Help! He's being repressed!" Ah that's something completely different! Yes, Neal has moved on, and is now in a better place but will be missed! His humor stood out, and he was always ready to talk shop and close the deal. RIP!
Neal, ah Neal, RIP. CGC in-house signings made it possible for the rest and peace that has left us relaxation within our collections. Accomplishing a story of sketches and signatures, and it keeps me grateful for the peace I have in contributing and feeling like apart of it all. Sketches keep it interesting, and the signature makes it securely authentic! Witnesses of in person signatures and interaction with CGC facilitators, those are what make the yellow label trusted.
Few and far between are the chronicles, but it was definitely needed for goody-two-shoes Clark Kent to keep his secret identity hidden for so long. When Jimmy Olsen is eventually let in on the bigger consequences, he is eager but hesitant. It seems daring but oh so right when the reporter's series catch wind of the most foreboding. It is the bewilderment of such a thing that finds us searching and reading these and other series. A diamond in the rough maybe not per se, and yet it takes the Darkseid's of the world to even become aware in order to compare all the plot twists. Reporting for all this time only to make some ominous discovery, and whether it happens more often than not, something's are just bigger and eviler in their interpretations. Having to seek out those things for yourself, some resolutions mean more too, whether it is in the threat, struggle, or the winding up in VICTORY! By way comes a Darkseid!

The Darkseid sketch and signature of silver by Neal Adams on 11/11/20 Hi Ho! Keep it Classy! On the mountain of judgement, it's on the cover...... the Darkseid of things. Got to have fun and splurge on the needless every once in a while, otherwise the collection would just be too boring. I enjoy the Darkseid to the end that it's a ruthless and persistent attitude that always takes him down. Somehow, someway, every time. Keeping it consistent the Superman seems down for the count and the coming of the supreme may seem infallible. To what end? To what end does this ruler want earth? Among many other ruled worlds by Darkseid, he seems stubborn and cruel to any end he sees fit. An under-thumb kind of entity when there is nothing kind about his desires that he'd like to see come to pass. He is the DC big and bad taking it to the street's vibe, with bulk and muscle.
Complete with a Cryptozoic statue of the Superman saving Lois based on the classic cartoon. Those were the days, when the color was vibrant and not always a darker tone. With the lighter side of things these Superman Adventure cartoons were before anything Darkseid, but is where Superman started. With light colors, Superman still to this day stands for Liberty or what can be perceived as the lighter side of the "news!" A mild-mannered reporter chronicling even against the Darkseids of the world.
Grader Notes:
heavy creasing to cover;
heavy spine stress lines to cover;
heavy tears to cover;
heavy wear to cover.
