Early appearance of the Tank Girl! Set in a post-apocalyptic world that would create spin off movies and the innovation of imagination. Portrayed by Lori Petty and now rumored Margot Robbie or some such, this may just go on for generations as the fundamental punk-girl that kicks the futures behind into gear! Rating was R for the 1995 movie. Bought from Ebay for cheaper than I thought possible, which was still maybe $120, yet it was from what was available. Still an awesome character and would be very useful for levity and frivolity. An escape kind of character, at the end of total destruction, and still surviving to kick it into gear! Plenty of time to give this character love, and or, develop and take building upon the already crazy nihilistic world. Got to care about some things and then the priorities can change in this universe. She shows "care and affection" the best way she knows how, which often gets her riled up and knocking out a few! Cheers. Love covers a multitude of error, and we all need THE Love that will bear our trials for God is Love. These uneasy corruptions; not of love for ourselves but for others, it is that simple.
Complete with a back cover picture of my tickets to see a band that takes enough liberties and have progressed themselves with struggles witnessed, that after an apocalyptic adventure in print and song, the freedoms that are actually afforded in LOVE may be more appreciated! It is a hard knock life eternally in our Spirit and Truth, and people in comic and song are scraping by as it is, as are a lot of us, but where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom.
Grader Notes:
moisture damage back cover;
rippling/warping back cover;
spine stress lines breaks color.
