Thso one has Spider-Man clocking Hobgoblin in the jaw, and Demogoblin is in the background waiting to join the party too.
This collector's edition was one of the comics that came with animation cels to promo the Spidey cartoon so there's this version and a fully colored cover too.

Blood Brothers Part 3!
Hobgoblin is here to take on Spider-Man in his new techno-form! Cool effect of the pumpkin bomb! Too bad the UPC box blocks part of this one, still pretty cool by Jr Jr!
Also - this is the first time Ben Reilly as Spidey meets this or any Hobgoblin. Ben was Spider-Man and Peter was without his powers at this time and MJ was pregnant! Oh, the 90's...

After the Blood Brothers story, Ben's got a bone to pick with the upgraded Hobgoblin!
After this, Macendale goes to jail and that's the end of him. This is his last appearance in any major Spider-Man title. Besides the issue where he dies and then later on is cloned / resurrected this is pretty much it for Jason Macendale. :(
