Set Description:

Y The Last Man was recommended to me when I 1st joined the CGC boards. I could not believe I overlooked such a great story. At the time of the release of Y I dismissed it as a male fantasy being the last man on the planet. 'Never judge a book by its cover' Lesson learned.

Vaughan's talent for plot twists and character development shine in this gripping tale of a man in a unique position.

I found myself unknowingly caring about the characters until the very end. The ending itself is amazing. I hope to write descriptions for each book as I reread the series. I haven't decided if I should avoid any spoilers as I truly believe any comic fan or reader in general would enjoy this story.

I had a chance to meet Brian K Vaughan in February of 2012 at Imagexpo. I was lucky enough to get most of my Y books signed and SS'd. Thankfully he said he would sign everything I had (multiple runs). He was very friendly which makes it even easier to enjoy an already great series.

This is a complete story which has turned me from an ongoing series fan. The Xmen have been replaced with the Last Man.
