1st appearance of the Living Brain. Fantastic Four appearance in backup story. Last page missing does not affect story incomplete. First page detached as well.
Did not know at the time that it was missing the last page upon submitting through Comics on the Green. They didn't know either and felt really bad, offered to purchase it back/help find me an issue that was complete at that grade as I had previously purchased that copy through them at Scranton Comic Con 2015.
I was okay with it, mistakes happen and it fits my M.O. the way I normally collect single digit marvel books either reproduction cover or a add page is missing.

As a lizard fan, this is a necessity in the run. My original copy was purchased at Comic on the Green during a Scranton Comic Show. That original copy had been sold June 2021 due to life issues at the time to Comics on the Green. Slowly, I have been buying back the issues I had sold. This copy was purchased at Comics on the Green in 2022.
Roy Thomas was at a very small comic show in Wayne NJ, with a facilitator available. New Jersey Collectorfest. Basically, a inside flea market type atmosphere with a couple minor celebrities or artist each show. Normally not the type you would see CGC at but given the fact it was Roy Thomas, he seems to have a following of facilitators following him.
I also got a 0.5 at the show graded through him and my coverless raw copy signed just to keep as a reader.

Civil War, was the comic series that got me back into comic book collecting. Don't get me wrong, I always picked up Scooby Doo when I saw it but when I was graduating high school I discovered Marvel Civil War and I started building a master set with all cover variants because of that series.
I thought I had them all, at least all the American issued ones when I saw this for sale on MyComicShop.com on one of their auctions. Yes, it is a damaged copy but, I consider it a variant since it is part of the Marvel Civil War Series.
Manufactured with first 4 wraps inserted twice and 4 center wraps missing, affects story. Incomplete.
Graded by CGC on 06/22/16 so someone had this a good ten years before grading it, or whoever bought it from the original owner decided to preserve it in a slab.
