Bought it from eBay for $99.99 SS by Dave Dorman on "First Day of Issue Release" CGC 9.8. Vault Collectibles convention exclusive variant. The Star Trek #1 Gold Key Tribute variant to Star Trek: Waypoint #6 was available at the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con and limited to 1,000 copies.
