It looks like the only way for readers to read old issues was for them to be reprinted, either that or the editors gave the staff a month off. And how can you not buy a comic book where Superman himself is speculating on back issues. Im not even sure there is a new story in this 80 page giant.

Superman #185 Published by DC Comics, April 1966
Cover by Curt Swan; George Klein
After looking this one up I noticed what CGC has listed and what I found do not match up other than Curt Swan doing the cover and Jim Mooney doing art. I will add what I found anyway, and if you like to message me with something different, I would love to correct what I may have wrong.
CGC has as follows:
Pete Constanza and Jim Mooney Art
Curt Swan and George Klein cover
Then I found at https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Superman_Vol_1_185
"Superman's Achilles heel!"
