I truly only intend to collect and register "three" specific issues within this run in CGC 9.8 WP Newsstand Edition, which include: #1, #10 and #102.

Thus far, I have only acquired Punisher #10.

Punisher #10 features a phenomenal Punisher Vs. Daredevil battle cover that ties in with Daredevil #257!

Overstreet 2023 NM- 9.2 value = $30.

According to the CGC Census Report as of Tuesday, August 22, 2023, out of a total of 501 Universal copies graded, 206 copies were graded in 9.8 with 0 copies graded higher!

With these statistics in mind, this represents a rarity factor of 41.12% of the total population.

However, this is the much RARER Newsstand Edition Variant, which means that you can estimate that ONLY 2-4% of all 9.8s are Newsstand Edition copies!

Moreover, this RARE GEM received the CVA Exceptional sticker, which certifies that it presents much better than your typical CGC 9.8! Therefore, this pristine copy can be considered the BEST-KNOWN COPY IN THE WORLD!

Published in August of 1988—the same time Daredevil #257 was published, talented artist Whilce Portacio created an impressive Punisher Vs. Daredevil battle cover!

What’s really interesting about Punisher #10, is that it ties in with Daredevil #257 in a unique and entertaining way. Basically, the story is told from the Punisher’s perspective in this issue; while the story is told from Daredevil’s perspective in Daredevil #257!

Therefore, you can’t just own one book without owning the other—as they go hand-to-hand!

In closing, I purchased this PERFECTLY WRAPPED & CENTERED Newsstand Edition Variant copy from My Comic Shop in February of 2023! I am super proud to own this immaculate copy and look forward to watching it appreciate each year!
