Mexico City Mint Error / Damaged to Resemble Error
Mexico 1981 20 centavos which was exhibits multiple brockage on both sides of the coin and on a 50 centavos planchet.
NGC failed to attribute since they felt it was "Damaged to resemble error". I should have recognized this when it was originally purchased.
