I’d call the 1918 P Dime mid common, nowhere near as common as issues from the 1940’s nor even the 1923 issue, but with a generous mintage finding a nice MS example is not a problem. My example here is a MS64 FB graded coin that seems very PQ in my opinion, nicer than many 65’s I have held. Flashy with a fairly decent strike with the exception of the 8 in the date is a bit weak. Sent it to CAC, and was not surprised that it was granted a Green CAC, wouldn't have been shocked with a Gold.
