While not having the following that some of the other DC Horror series the Phantom Stranger has some of the best Horror covers done. Issues #10 and #13 in my opinion are within the Top 5. Here are some choice examples which I think are among the best !

The book every single Horror fan dreams about yet still flies somewhat under the radar. Impossible to find in high grade, this perfectly centered copy could be the best in existence.
